As an experienced agent from another Chicago Brokerage Firm, Irina D. Ilyinsky joined @properties in the Spring of 2004. With an arsenal of negotiating skills built on several years experience as a top sales executive for a global manufacturing company, Irina exercises her work ethic and professionalism to help get her clients the best deal possible.
Being a Chicago native, and a real estate buff, Irina loves the city she grew up in and knows a lot about what each neighborhood has to offer. Her love for the culinary arts continuously draws her to seek out restaurants in various neighborhoods. She currently resides and focuses much of her efforts on selling townhomes and condominiums in the newly developed Kingsbury Park neighborhood of River North; A hotbed of excellent investment properties featuring world class restaurants, transportation accessibility and spectacular views of the Chicago skyline. Eager to help seasoned and first time buyers, Irina is one of the few Realtors that knows Chicago and it’s growing trends.
Upon graduation from the School of Business Administration at U of I, Urbana-Champaign she was recruited as a Business Consultant with the now defunct Arthur Andersen. In the little free time Irina has, she enjoys cooking, reading, salsa dancing, traveling abroad and spending time with family and friends.
