As a River North resident for over a decade, I've seen this neighborhood grow from an industrial eye sore into a magnificent urban residential community featuring elite amenities and fine dining. Having lived in several of the new construction complexes upon their arrival, I've been fortunate enough to have learned the ins-and-outs of many of these buildings.
